Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Alrawi collects when you use the Alrawi Smart Home app, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it short and plain — if anything is unclear, write to us at support@alrawi.app.

1. The data we collect

Account data

When you sign up we collect your email address, a hashed version of your password, your country code, and an optional display name.

Home and device data

The homes, rooms, devices, scenes, and automations you create are stored on the Tuya cloud platform so the App can control your smart-home devices.

Location data

With your permission, we use your approximate or precise location to:

Device and diagnostic data

We collect basic technical data — device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, network status, and crash logs — so we can keep the App stable and improve it.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, we send you push notifications about home invitations, device events, and important alerts.

Support communications

If you contact us, we keep your messages and contact details so we can respond and follow up if needed.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

2. The permissions we ask for

Each permission is requested only when needed, and you can revoke any permission at any time from your device settings.

Permission What we use it for
Camera To scan QR codes when you add a new device.
Bluetooth (scan, connect, advertise) To discover and configure Bluetooth-enabled smart devices.
Location (precise / approximate) To find devices on your local network and to schedule scenes by sunrise and sunset.
Microphone For voice-enabled smart devices that you choose to add.
Local Network (iOS) / Wi-Fi state (Android) To discover and control devices on your home Wi-Fi.
Nearby Wi-Fi Devices (Android 13+) Required by Android to scan for Wi-Fi devices without using location.
Notifications To alert you about invitations, device events, and important updates.
App Tracking (iOS) Optional. Helps us improve the service and personalise your experience. You can opt out anytime.

3. How we use your data

4. Who else processes your data

To run the App we work with a small number of trusted partners. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they receive from you.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your account and home data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period — except where the law requires us to keep certain records (for example, accounting or fraud-prevention).

6. How we protect your data

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we’ll notify you of any breach affecting your personal data as required by law.

7. International transfers

Tuya and our other providers may process your data outside your country, including in places with different data-protection laws. By using the App you consent to these transfers, which we carry out under appropriate safeguards.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the App’s settings, or by emailing us. Deletion removes your personal data from our systems and we’ll request the same from Tuya, except for data we’re legally required to keep.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant we’ll highlight them in the App. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.

تُوضِّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه البيانات التي يجمعها الراوي عند استخدامك تطبيق المنزل الذكي، ولماذا نجمعها، وكيف نحميها، والخيارات المتاحة لك. حرصنا أن تكون موجزة وواضحة — إن بقي شيء غير مفهوم، اكتب إلينا على support@alrawi.app.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب

عند التسجيل نجمع بريدك الإلكتروني، ونسخة مُجزَّأة من كلمة المرور، ورمز الدولة، واسم العرض الاختياري.

بيانات المنزل والأجهزة

المنازل والغرف والأجهزة والمشاهد والأتمتة التي تنشئها تُخزَّن على منصة Tuya السحابية كي يستطيع التطبيق التحكّم بأجهزة منزلك الذكي.

بيانات الموقع

بإذنك، نستخدم موقعك التقريبي أو الدقيق من أجل:

بيانات الجهاز والتشخيص

نجمع بيانات تقنية أساسية — طراز الجهاز، إصدار النظام، إصدار التطبيق، اللغة، المنطقة الزمنية، حالة الشبكة، وسجلّات الأعطال — للحفاظ على استقرار التطبيق وتطويره.

الإشعارات

إن سمحت بالإشعارات، نُرسل لك إشعارات حول دعوات المنزل وأحداث الأجهزة والتنبيهات المهمّة.

مراسلات الدعم

عند مراسلتك لنا، نحتفظ بمحتوى الرسائل وبيانات التواصل للردّ والمتابعة عند الحاجة.

نحن لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات أطفال دون سنّ الثالثة عشرة (أو السنّ المكافئ في ولايتك). إن علمت أنّ طفلاً قدّم لنا بيانات شخصية، تواصل معنا وسنحذفها.

٢. الأذونات التي نطلبها

كلّ إذن يُطلب فقط عند الحاجة إليه، ويمكنك سحب أيّ إذن في أيّ وقت من إعدادات جهازك.

الإذن استخدامه
الكاميرا لمسح رموز QR عند إضافة جهاز جديد.
البلوتوث (مسح، اتصال، إعلان) لاكتشاف وتهيئة الأجهزة الذكية العاملة بالبلوتوث.
الموقع (دقيق / تقريبي) للعثور على الأجهزة على شبكتك المحلية وجدولة المشاهد بناءً على الشروق والغروب.
الميكروفون للأجهزة الذكية المدعومة بالصوت التي تختار إضافتها.
الشبكة المحلية (iOS) / حالة Wi-Fi (Android) لاكتشاف الأجهزة والتحكّم بها على شبكة منزلك.
أجهزة Wi-Fi القريبة (أندرويد ١٣+) يطلبه أندرويد للبحث عن أجهزة Wi-Fi دون استخدام الموقع.
الإشعارات لتنبيهك بالدعوات وأحداث الأجهزة والتحديثات المهمّة.
تتبّع التطبيقات (iOS) اختياري. لتحسين الخدمة وتخصيص تجربتك. يمكنك إيقافه في أيّ وقت.

٣. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

نستخدم بياناتك من أجل:

٤. الجهات التي تُعالج بياناتك معنا

لتشغيل التطبيق نتعاون مع عدد محدود من الشركاء الموثوقين، وتنطبق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم على البيانات التي يستلمونها منك.

٥. مدّة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ومنزلك طوال فترة نشاط الحساب. عند حذف الحساب، نحذف بياناتك أو نُجهّلها خلال فترة معقولة — باستثناء ما يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به (مثل سجلّات المحاسبة أو منع الاحتيال).

٦. كيف نحمي بياناتك

نستخدم تدابير قياسية تشمل التشفير أثناء النقل (TLS) وضوابط الوصول. لا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، لكنّنا سنُبلّغك بأيّ اختراق يمسّ بياناتك الشخصية وفق ما يفرضه القانون.

٧. النقل الدولي للبيانات

قد تُعالج Tuya وغيرها من مزوّدي خدماتنا بياناتِك خارج بلدك، بما في ذلك في ولايات تختلف فيها قوانين حماية البيانات. وباستخدامك التطبيق توافق على هذه التحويلات، التي تتمّ ضمن ضمانات مناسبة.

وفقاً للبلد الذي تُقيم فيه، قد يحقّ لك:

٩. حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك من إعدادات التطبيق، أو بمراسلتنا. الحذف يُزيل بياناتك الشخصية من أنظمتنا، وسنطلب من Tuya القيام بالمثل، باستثناء ما يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به.

١٠. تعديل هذه السياسة

قد نُحدِّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من حين لآخر. وإذا كانت التغييرات جوهرية، سنُبرزها لك داخل التطبيق. ويعكس تاريخ “آخر تحديث” أعلى الصفحة آخر مراجعة.
